PAUL M. PIESZAK
Paul Pieszak received his B.A. in 1979 from Trinity College
and his J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1982. He has devoted his practice primarily to the
representation of defendants in the civil litigation arena and employers in the
workers’ compensation forum. He has tried
cases to verdict in all Connecticut courts and districts and has handled appeals
to the Connecticut Compensation Review Board and Appellate Court.
Paul has presented a number of seminars for various clients,
including products liability, workers’ compensation, and subrogation
claims. He has also completed ongoing
education courses such as Negotiation Skills for Claims Professionals.
Paul is admitted to the Connecticut Bar (1982) and the
Federal District Court, District of Connecticut (1984). He is a member of the Connecticut Bar
Association and the American Bar Association.
He has been recognized in Who’s Who in Practicing Attorneys
- 1988, and Who’s Who Among Executives - 2004.
Paul served as a mock trial judge for the Quinnipiac Mock
Trial Invitational Tournament in 2012 and 2013.
He has been active in coaching multiple sports at all levels, including
AAU Basketball and American Legion Baseball.
