Attorney Angelica L. Mack is an associate with the law firm of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls in New Haven, Connecticut.  Attorney Mack’s practice focuses on defending employers and providers in employment litigation and workers’ compensation matters.  She has worked on numerous cases involving employees’ claims of sexual harassment in the workplace, wrongful termination, Family Medical Leave Act claims, wage and hour claims, Americans with Disabilities Act claims, and Pregnancy Discrimination Act claims. Her background also includes experience with Title VII discrimination claims, including race, age and sex discrimination, as well as workers’ compensation discrimination claims.  Attorney Mack has conducted training programs and spoken at seminars covering a wide range of employment law topics, including sexual harassment prevention training, leaves of absence, discrimination, and wage and hour issues.

Attorney Mack graduated magna cum laude from Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics.  She also minored in Applied Ethics.  She received her Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law in New York, New York. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
