Kristen Sotnik Falls
Attorney Kristen Sotnik
Falls is a partner with the law firm of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls in New
Haven, Connecticut. She graduated magna
cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree
in English. She also was a student of
the Liberal Arts Honors Program. In
1994, she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Connecticut
School of Law.
Ms. Falls' practice focuses
on workers' compensation defense and employment litigation, and she represents
employers throughout Connecticut in disputes before the Workers' Compensation
Commission, Compensation Review Board and Appellate Court. She supervises the third-party lien recovery litigation
practice for the Firm. Ms. Falls has
been a frequent speaker at seminars on workers' compensation and employment law
topics. She was a member of the first
class of attorneys in the state to be board certified by the Connecticut Bar
Association as a specialist in workers' compensation.
Ms. Falls is a member of the
New Haven County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the
American Bar Association. She serves on
the Executive Committee of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Connecticut
Bar Association.
Ms. Falls has chaired
committees for fundraisers for educational scholarships at Sacred Heart Academy
and St. Rita School in Hamden, CT.
