Marybeth C. McPadden

Attorney Marybeth C. McPadden is of Counsel with the law firm of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls in New Haven. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. In 1996, she received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Attorney McPadden’s work experience is focused on civil litigation and includes representing defendants and insurance companies in personal injury litigation, as well as individual and corporate entities in commercial and real estate litigation. She has also acted as counsel to the corporate legal department of an international Connecticut-based retailer and as in-house counsel for the staff office for a major insurance company.


Attorney McPadden joined Letizia, Ambrose & Falls in November 2011. Since joining the firm, she has been representing employers throughout Connecticut in third-party litigation matters. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.


Attorney McPadden resides in Shelton, CT with her husband and two children.
