Nancy E. Berdon

Attorney Nancy E. Berdon is of Counsel with the law firm of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls in New Haven. She received her B.A., Magna Cum Laude, from Boston College in 1989. In 1993, she received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and is admitted to practice before the state and U.S. District courts. Attorney Berdon’s work experience is focused on workers compensation defense and includes defense and litigation work for a private workers’ compensation defense firm representing several insurance carriers and employers. She also worked as in-house counsel and team leader of the workers’ compensation staff office for a major insurance company.

Attorney Berdon represents employers throughout Connecticut in disputes before the Workers' Compensation Commission and Compensation Review Board. Attorney Berdon has argued successfully before the Appellate and Supreme Courts in the State of Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Attorney Berdon resides in Branford, CT with her husband and three children.
