Letizia,
Ambrose & Falls, P.C., a unique and growing mid-sized New Haven defense
firm, seeks a workers’ compensation (including third-party lien recovery)
attorney with one or more years of Connecticut workers’ compensation
and/or litigation experience (representing claimants or respondents). You will have the opportunity to work for a
national and internationally-recognized hospital system and university, and
other well-respected self-insured employers or groups. Salary, bonuses and benefit package depend on
your hours, but may include paid lunch, paid parking, 401k and a deferred
compensation plan. Our compensation and
benefits match or exceed most similar-sized Connecticut workers’ compensation
firms. In addition, attorney case load
is lower than most workers’ compensation and litigation defense firms.
Working at home part of the time is possible. This assumes you will be able to cover your
hearings and will be in the office at least 3 days per week for 5.5 hours each
day. We are a family-oriented firm, so
no attorney is expected to work evenings or weekends and for this position,
working from 8:30/9:00 a.m. to 2:00/2:30 p.m. a majority of the time is
possible. Finally, we encourage our
attorneys to attend family and other personal commitments that may arise during
the work day.
